‘Caremotions’ Visual Anthropology Screening

Visual Anthropology Screening ‘Caremotions’ takes place next Wednesday, 31st May in GLT2 from 13.30

It is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our students’ creativity on an afternoon showcasing visual anthropology projects created by by our students, revealing much about how they experience university, what they value and what they want to change in the world.

Professor Hugh Brody will be joining us to award the Hugh Brody prize. Also joining will be reknowned Taiwanese academic and ethnographic filmmaker Professor Daw-Ming Lee. A public engagement prize based on their website and public value of their film will be awarded by Alan Bicker for the Lynn Bicker Foundation.

There will also be an audience prize. To vote you need to attend the whole event. There will be a pot-luck and drinks in the Gulbenkian organised by the students taking place after the event.

This event is open to all and is free to attend, we hope to see many of you there.
