Congratulations to SAC graduates

Final year students and successful postgraduates from the School of Anthropology & Conservation graduated last week in a ceremony celebrating student achievement and the University’s commitment to remaining a diverse, European-focused institution. Afterwards, a champagne reception was held for the graduandsĀ in the Marlowe building where further prizes were awarded to the following:

  • Gerald Durrell Prize in recognition of outstanding performance on the Wildlife Conservation BSc programme – Joseph England
  • Darwin Prize in recognition of outstanding performance on the Biological Anthropology BSc programme – Stacey Weller
  • Paul Stirling Prize in recognition of outstanding performance on the Social Anthropology BA programme – Christopher de Coulon Berthoud (also awarded a Faculty of Social Sciences prize)
  • Anthropology Best Dissertation Prize – Victoria Lockwood (also awarded a Faculty of Social Sciences prize)
  • Student Engagement Prize – Annabelle Lockey
