The School of Anthropology and Conservation, in partnership with the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC), has launched an international 3-day symposium:

Repositioning The Social At The Heart Of The Anthropocene:
A Transdisciplinary Dialogue

Taking place at the School of Anthropology & Conservation, University of Kent, between Friday 31st October and Sunday 2nd November. The symposium will be free to accepted delegates and is aimed at “students and scholars across the humanities and social sciences, who are willing to foster transdisciplinarity to a more critical and effective engagement with the challenges of the anthropocene.”
