Dr Simon Black speaks at ZSL Institute of Zoology’s seminar on. “Who’s going to save the world? Building the next generation of conservation leaders”

The aim of the meeting was to explore approaches to training the next generation of conservation leaders, to develop a set of standard recommendations for practice. Simon’s presentation outlined his research on effective conservation leadership conducted at the Durrell Institute of Conservation & Ecology within the School of Anthropology and Conservation. He also outlined experiences of leadership development through his ongoing work with international NGO the Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust (http://www.durrell.org/academy/ ).
