Dr Sarah Johns and her colleagues have recently published an article in Journal of Social, Evolutionary and Cultural Psychology. They argue that attempts to reduce the high rate of teenage pregnancy and motherhood in the UK are unlikely to succeed if young women continue to face environmental risk and uncertainty.
