James Wong (Ethnobotany 2005), presenter of the BBC’s Grow your own Drugs, won a Gold Medal at the Chelsea Flower Show in 2010 for his Malaysian Garden.
Serena Ahmed (Ethnobotany 2003) recently launched Tea Horse Road: China’s ancient trade road to Tibet, with photographer Michael Freeman. She recently received her PhD from CUNY-New York Botanical Garden for a thesis on the biodiversity and management of wild and cultivated tea in Yunnan.
