Getting Here

 

If you are travelling on foot from Canterbury West Station:

 

You can walk from Canterbury West train station (about 25-30 minutes). Turn left out of the station and walk to the end of the road. Just after the ‘Goods Shed’ on your left, take the footpath on the left and take the subway under the railway line. The University is signposted on blue signs from here and ascending the Eliot footpath onto campus.

 

If you are travelling by bus to the University of Kent from:

 

Canterbury City Centre Bus Station — There are regular bus services (Uni 1 and Uni 2) that will take approximately 14 minutes.

Canterbury East Train Station — Turn right straight outside the station (do not cross the bridge opposite the station) and follow the road to the bus stop using the regular bus service (Uni 1 and Uni 2).

Canterbury West Train Station —  Turn right and walk to the end of the road, cross the road at the zebra crossing and the bus stop is on the left using the regular bus service (Uni 1 and Uni 2).

You should alight at Keynes bus stop.

 

If you are travelling by taxi: 

 

Fares from the city centre to the University are between £5-10 and the journey will take between 5-10 minutes.
