Dear colleagues,

As a reminder, our School of Psychology is holding the BPS Social Psychology Section Postgraduate Conference in April 2014.

The deadline for abstract submissions is fast approaching (3rd Feb 2014).

You could present a poster, oral presentation or 3MT to a supportive audience of likeminded social psychologists. There will also be plenty of time for networking and idea sharing as well as keynote addresses from Dr Martin Edwards and Dr Hanna Zagefka.

If you are currently a Master’s student, considering a 3MT may be perfect for you with it giving you the confidence to talk about your research before the presentations later in the year.

Deadline for submissions is February 3rd 2014. Information about the event can be found at http://www.socialpsychologyuk.net/postgraduate_conference or contact the conference organising committee on pgspconf@gmail.com.

If your research is relevant to social psychology (MSc or PhD), and you want the opportunity to network and gain confidence in conference presentations, we do recommend attending this event (more so with it being on your own door-step!).  We hope to see you there in April.
