I have been in the L&OD team since July 2016, but have worked in HR since 2004.

What is your favourite part of your role?
The Comradery of the L&OD team is one of the favourite parts of my role as our common goal is always to provide a high quality and professional service with genuine care.

I love to play netball and umpire at games!

I have been in the team for 9 months, having previously worked in Student Services.

Knowing that we are promoting and helping with effective employee development, the variety of the role, meeting people from all over the University and being personally encouraged to be creative and take responsibility.

How long have you been in the team?
I have been a part of the team for 7 years now, starting as an assistant and then transitioning to a coordinator.

I enjoy meeting a wide variety of staff across the University, and seeing how impactful the training we offer is. I also like that no two days are the same!
