The 2018/19 INSIGHTS – Women’s Leadership programme, facilitated by Jena Dady, L&OD Adviser, began on the 30th of October. The programme is designed to enhance the learning from the central LASR programme, whilst exploring new innovative leadership capabilities, exclusively for women leaders at Kent, so they feel equipped and empowered to challenge the current leadership gender imbalance.
Our new cohort of 12, attended the first session looking at Women’s Leadership: Perception vs Reality.
Alison Ross-Green, Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development, opened the session as the programme sponsor. Alison shared some of her insights into Women’s leadership; detailing her personal journey and experiences.
The morning was followed by an opportunity to network over lunch and Alison-Ross Green returned, joined by Lyn McBriar, L&OD Consultant, to spend time with the group.
There are four sessions in the programme, all facilitated by Jena, with guest speakers. There are also Triad Coaching sessions in between.
More blog posts will follow about the programme. In the meantime, if you would like any further information, please contact Jena Dady or Helen Oliver.
