I joined the L&OD team in 2012, and have enjoyed how my journey has taken me from an assistant to coordinator. I am keen to expand my knowledge in this field, and the Level 3 Learning and Development apprenticeship standard has offered me the perfect opportunity to combine working and learning.
I started the apprenticeship in May this year, and am hoping to complete it within the next 18 months. I have already participated in two excellent externally run workshops, and got stuck in with my first assignment – it was a very proud moment to submit the final draft!
I am looking forward to what the apprenticeship has to offer, and am confident that it will help me along to the next stage of my career.
