There is plenty of evidence that supports the importance of investment in personal and professional development, not only in terms of improving and honing professional practice, but also in contributing to wellbeing and resilience in order to manage whatever life brings. This eLearning module aims to support managers and future leaders in developing their teams and maximising individual and collective potential(s). It will provide you with an overview and knowledge that is essential for success. It gives an overview of the main issues, the basic process and the common delivery methods. We also look at what may be expected of managers in terms of monitoring, evaluation and record keeping.
