How many of us question our abilities or put obstacles in our own way? Come on hands up!

How often do you spend time telling yourself;

  • that you can’t do a certain thing
  • it’s out of your control
  • it’s too expensive
  • you don’t have time
  • there’s nothing you can do to help
  • if it weren’t for <insert whatever excuse you choose>
  • people wouldn’t be interested in what you have to offer….

Have you ever said to yourself  ‘I don’t really know what I’m doing I’m winging it’?

I know I have, on too many occasions.

In this session, we will take a look at the concept of self-limiting beliefs

  • what they are
  • who has them
  • the impacts they have for us

and most importantly

  • how to beat them

This session is open to all members of staff and is focussed at an introductory level – participants need to have no previous understanding of the concept of self-limiting beliefs.

During these rather unusual times, we are all having to grasp new technologies and at present, I am working on how to make this session as useful, interactive and accessible as possible, so the final format is yet to be determined.

However, there will be an introductory webinar at 10:00 on Thursday 21 May and we’ll send you a link to access this webinar in due course after you’ve registered. The session, in its entirety, will run from 10:00 – 12:00 and will likely include some self-study aspects.
