The Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) Department developed a Senior Women’s Leadership programme which launched as a pilot in January 2018 with a targeted cohort from across the University, both professional services and academic colleagues.
This year we are delighted to welcome twelve senior women from across the organisation to the programme! The programme launches on 15th October and will run over five months.
Each participant has been nominated by their Head of School or Director of Professional Services Department.
Although the programme has been specifically designed for women and those who identify as women, L&OD are committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusivity and increasing the leadership capabilities of ALL staff. We offer a range of leadership and management programmes to develop and build leadership skills at all levels across the University.
