Since the Organising for Success engagement sessions in the spring, over 200 colleagues have participated in workshops facilitated by Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD). We’ve been offering ‘bite-sized’ workshops on change, for managers and staff.
Following Council’s approval of the Organising for Success proposals, we’ve continued to offer the sessions during the summer. Three more are running in August, all from 10.00am – 12.00pm:
- 12 August at Medway – Supporting Staff through Change (open to all line managers)
- 22 August at Canterbury – Working in an Environment of Change (open to all staff, regardless of role)
- 28 August at Canterbury – Supporting Staff through Change (open to all line managers)
Those who’ve participated to date say they’ve picked up useful hints and tips, and found sharing experiences and ideas with colleagues from other parts of the University extremely helpful.
The sessions are all bookable via Staff Connect. Just search for the word ‘change’ in the Training section and you’ll be directed to the dates.
