L&OD were delighted to host a workshop at the Canterbury campus for the new leadership and management team of Kent and Medway Medical School (KMMS). The team, some of whom took up their roles earlier this month, came together to share experiences and shape the optimum ways of working together during these exciting times. The day was co-facilitated by Lyn McBriar (L&OD Consultant – Leadership) and Fiona Poole (HR Business Partner – Organisational Change), with input from Lynne Gill (Manager, Organisational and People Development, Canterbury Christ Church University). We look forward to engaging further with the KMMS team and our partners at Christ Church as the opening of the new medical school approaches.
