Apprenticeships Information Session for Medway Kent Staff

Apprenticeships are available to existing staff the information session is open to all staff and managers

Apprenticeship programmes combine work, training and studying so you can ‘earn while you learn’. The introduction of the Apprenticeship Levy in April 2017 gives employers, such as the University of Kent, the opportunity to develop their workforce using Apprenticeships which are fully funded by the levy.

This means the levy pays for 100% of your Apprenticeship training, with no cost to you or your department.

Here at Kent we are seeing more and more teams supporting existing colleagues through an Apprenticeship as well as recruiting new employees as Apprentices, during 2019 we aim to have over 100 employees considering and up taking the opportunity of doing an Apprenticeship in one of the many career occupations including:
