Tuesday the 6th of November – Croissants, refreshments and networking
Jena Dady, L&OD Adviser and Helen Oliver, L&OD Coordinator, attended one of the College Life staff sessions set up by Jane Glew, College Master, Medway. This was one of eleven sessions organised by Jane this term. The sessions aim to give staff the opportunity to come together, to network and relax whilst participating in some refreshments. It’s an opportunity to take some time out and enjoy the company of colleagues.
Jena and Helen work with Medway staff as part of their portfolio work and Jena is a regular visitor to the campus. Helen is new to L&OD and it was an ideal opportunity for her to meet staff and to find out more about the campus.
The session was open, welcoming and well attended. It was a very good opportunity to meet colleagues, to learn about their roles and college life, alongside sharing more about Learning & Organisational Development.
