An Apprenticeship programme is a combination of working and learning, to develop skills for your current role and future career. The different levels of Apprenticeships allow staff, of all levels, experience and capability, to access structured training and development. Kent’s Apprenticeship Levy funding will fund the Apprenticeship training and is available to existing staff (no age limits, subject to certain eligibility criteria).
If you are looking for career development within Leadership and Management
there is an Apprenticeship Standard to support your skills development.
You can start these standards throughout the year. The next intakes are in September/October.
