An Apprenticeship programme is a combination of working and learning, to develop skills for your current role and future career. Kent’s Apprenticeship Levy funding will fund the Apprenticeship training and is available to existing staff (no age limits, subject to certain eligibility criteria).
If you are looking for career development within Leadership and Management
there is an Apprenticeship Standard to support your skills development.
