An Apprenticeship programme is a combination of working and learning, to develop skills for your current role and future career.
The different levels of Apprenticeships allow staff, of all levels, experience and capability to access structured training and development.
Kent’s Apprenticeship Levy funding will fund the Apprenticeship training and is available to existing staff (no age limits, subject to certain eligibility criteria).
