The second workshop of the Women’s Leadership programme took place on Tuesday 24 April 2018 on Strategic Career Planning and Management. As part of the workshop they looked at previous MBTI preferences and the link between these and their career choices.
The cohort was also joined by two Kent female senior leaders who shared with the group their own career journeys and experiences with an opportunity for questions and answers.
At the workshop, the cohort were encouraged to discuss and think about their individual career planning.
