Next week’s KASA Open Lecture: Stefanie Rhodes, Founding Director of Gatti Routh Rhodes

Kent Architectural Student Association (KASA) are excited to host Stefanie Rhodes, Founding Director of Gatti Routh Rhodes (GRR), at next week’s Open Lecture, taking place on Tuesday 10 November at 18.00. Stefanie Rhodes is a Founding Director of Gatti Routh Rhodes (GRR), an award-winning architecture office with a diverse portfolio ranging from set design and furniture to large-scale developments. Bethnal Green Mission Church, a mixed-use building in Bethnal Green, completed in 2018, has received numerous prizes and commendations. GRR were awarded ‘Young Architect of the Year’ 2019 by Building Design, and Stefanie was shortlisted for the Moira Gemmill Prize 2020, a global award for emerging women in architecture.

Stefanie is an RIBA chartered and ARB registered architect who has worked in Seoul, Paris and London. Prior to founding Gatti Routh Rhodes (GRR) with Richard Gatti and Tom Routh in 2013, Stefanie led a number of large scale housing projects at Karakusevic Carson Architects, including the regeneration of the Colville Estate in Hackney.

Stefanie has taught architecture at the Korea National University of Arts and London Metropolitan University, and is also a member of the London Borough of Hackney Regeneration Design Advice Group, the RIBA Schools of Architecture Validation Panel, and an External Advisor to the Architects Registration Board.
