KSAP’s PDip Architectural Practice is formally prescribed by the Architects’ Registration Board (ARB)

We are delighted to announce that the Kent School of Architecture and Planning (KSAP)’s PDip Architectural Practice programme has been formally prescribed by the Architects’ Registration Board (ARB).

Olivia Miller writes, “The recognition of the Postgraduate Diploma in Architectural Practice (Part 3) qualification confirms that the programme proposal meets the criteria set by ARB, thereby enabling graduates who have completed all three examinations to apply for professional registration as Architects in the UK. The prescription is valid from 7 June 2020 to 1 October 2025. KSAP already has prescription for its Part 1 and 2 programmes.”

To find out more about the ARB prescription, please read the latest University press release.

We are also pleased to announce the availability of five partially funded places on the PDip in Architectural Practice (Part 3) course for January 2021 with our Outstanding Student Practitioner Award. This studentship is funded by the Kent School of Architecture and Planning for students starting on the PDip Architectural Practice (Part 3) course in January 2021. The award consists of a 50% fee waiver at the current tuition fee.

Our PDip Architectural Practice (ARB Part 3) course is open for applications for January 2021 start. Prospective students can find out more about the course at an upcoming virtual PDip Part 3 event hosted by Peter Wislocki on Friday 23 October from 13.00 – 14.00.
