New Treasure exhibition in the North-East

Treasure: Hidden, Lost, Found is a new (and free!) interactive exhibition which has recently opened at the Great North Museum: Hancock in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The exhibition runs until the 20th September and a range of workshops and activities are also taking place at the museum for the duration of the display.

As well as objects in the museum’s collection, the exhibition also features finds from the British Museum, National Museum of Scotland and Vindolanda & The Roman Army Museum. You can also learn more about research currently being undertaken by one of the co-investigators for our project, Prof. James Gerrard.
