The processes for RAM budget revisions has been simplified.
For universal changes to RAM budgets in Agresso we will send a blanket email to the schools affected rather than writing out a paper budget revision for signature. This will give a full explanation of what the revision is for, with far more space for detail than is offered on our current forms. The email will also come with a spreadsheet detailing the budget changes in the same format that you would see on our current carbon forms.
The new process is designed to be more transparent and informative. This reduction in paperwork should free up time in Finance and schools to enable greater focus on budget performance.
