We hope you are all well.
Please be aware that all journals for transactions needing to be dealt with by Year End must be entered onto UBW by Wednesday 5th August.
All journals awaiting approval in UBW must be dealt with by Thursday 6th August.
We would like to remind everyone to please check their workflow regularly for any journals awaiting approval or amendment.
We ask that you please try to clear these as soon as possible and check back regularly for any which may have been rejected or might require your attention for any other reason.
If you have any annual leave planned over the next couple of months:
- Please ensure, before you go on leave, that there are no journals either in your workflow, or which require your attention in any other way.
- If you are likely to be the only person able to approve certain journals, please arrange for someone else to be able to deal with these in your absence (may require Finance Systems Team’s assistance).
- If you are the originator of any journals still awaiting approval, please ensure that another member of your team will be available and able to deal with any queries which may arise in relation to these.
