Key Travel launch confirmed and training sessions available.
The University’s move from DGI Travel to Key Travel as its Travel Management Provider will now take place on Monday 10 August 2026.
From this date, colleagues should use Key Travel for new University business travel bookings.
To help colleagues prepare for the new system, a series of webinar training sessions will be available. These sessions are intended for colleagues who arrange, approve or support University business travel, including travellers, bookers, approvers and colleagues involved in finance or reconciliation activity.
All sessions will cover the same core content, so colleagues only need to attend one session.
