We have now completed the restructure of the Finance Directorate, as part of the Realigning Professional Services work.
Over September we will be settling staff into their new teams and working with the Continuous Improvement team to determine how we can work most efficiently within our smaller template. As part of this work we anticipate redefining our service levels and communicating them clearly with users of Finance services and we will provide further updates as this work takes shape.
