PROCUREMENT GUIDANCE
The Procurement Team have prepared comprehensive best practice guidance on the regulation and legislation that applies to the University, as well as expectations around best practice. This guidance should provide advice and help on almost any procurement related activity. If you require any advice or clarification please contact the team.

The guidance will be refreshed annually.
TAXI CONTRACT
The Procurement Team has awarded contracts for the provision of corporate taxi services to two suppliers : Longleys (for Canterbury, and the surrounding areas) and Vokes (for Medway and the surrounding area). The intention is for the contracts to go live, and bookings to be made, from Monday 10th May 2021. Bookings may be made by authorised users. Please let Procurement Office know the names of nominated people in your area who wish to be registered on the system by Monday 3rd May 2021.
Employees may also self-register from 10th May 2021 onwards and the Procurement Team will authorise registrations. Details to follow.
When the contract is live, each relevant business area will be sent a monthly usage statement for approval.
