Procurement Update

Following the closure of the campuses in response to the current Covid-19 pandemic, please note that the Procurement Team are now homeworking and available by email.

You may need to suspend or delay services by your suppliers : in these situations, please contact the team for advice and guidance who will assist.

A number of Government Notices relating to Procurement have been published as a result of Covid-19. These relate to the potential suspension of regulations and services in exceptional circumstances. Internal Procurement Regulations are still in place and these Government Notices will be taken into account where applicable.

Where you may wish to suspend services, the Procurement Team will prepare wording and contact suppliers on your behalf. Some suppliers may still demand payment when not delivering services and where this occurs (or is likely to occur) please contact us.
