Following a review of the University’s travel management arrangements, the contract with DGI Travel will end on 31st July 2026.
The University will return to Key Travel as its travel management provider. Key Travel is planned to go live on 29th July 2026, providing a short overlap to support a smooth transition between providers. Any existing travel bookings made through DGI Travel will remain valid and will continue to be honoured.
There is no action required at this stage. Further information, including arrangements for making new bookings, access to the Key Travel booking tool, guidance and training, will be shared over the coming weeks.
