We would like to thank those who have completed the new Financial Authority Form which went live on Thursday 22nd October. Please note that the deadline for completing this and gaining appropriate approval is Monday 2nd November at 8am.
We would like to request that Directors of Divisions/PSDs complete their own forms and approve/reject those submitted to them by staff members as soon as possible. This will enable Finance to complete the approval process ahead of updating the workflow approval rules within UBW on Monday 2nd November.
If you still need to fill in a request for financial authority, please do this at the earliest opportunity so that your Director of Divisions/PSD can approve it in time.
