We are planning to hold a virtual ‘Drop In’ session via Microsoft Teams during July.
We will be allocating two days where you will be able to book a slot (up to 30 minutes) to discuss any matters relating to UBW (in a one to one session or with your colleagues who can also attend the same session)
For example (but not limited to):
- How can I use certain aspects of UBW Web?
- Can I use any of my own queries with UBW Web?
- How can I customise enquiries/browsers myself to save time in future?
- How can I check the progress of workflow authorisations?
- How can I check what budget I have available?
- What training do you offer?
If we cannot answer your queries within the allocated slot, we will ensure you receive a response soon afterwards.
