Income Office – Working from home update

Like many of our colleagues we are now working off-site and unable to answer phone calls, so we are only dealing with enquiries via email for the foreseeable future. The situation is challenging as many of us do not have the ability to scan or print. We will continue to be contactable via email during regular working hours from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

We aim to respond to your emails within 1-2 working days, but please be advised that at times service may be intermittent and may change as situations arise.

We are currently working closely with the accommodation office to issue refunds or credits for term 3, for those students who have vacated their rooms. As you can imagine this is a mammoth task.
