As you are likely to already be aware, the Financial Year End is fast approaching on 31 July 2019.
In order to help plan for this the Financial Reporting Office is offering the following dates for the ‘Financial Year End Process’ workshops:
Canterbury
21st June 2019 – 10am
25th June 2019 – 10am
11th July 2019 – 2pm
Medway
27th June 2019 – 10.30am
More details, such as locations will be available on the HR – Learning & Organisational Development website.
Following a similar format as last year, these are intended to be an open discussion offering advice and support as to what will be required of you during the year-end process. We will shortly be making the 2019 year end guidance available, along with the timetables to help you to plan ahead.
The Financial Reporting Office are also looking to improve the process overall and would like to ask you for any suggestions or comments to be emailed to Finrep@kent.ac.uk
