Travel Cloud Status
Following user feedback regarding issues with the travel cloud, Click Travel have provided the following link which will let users know the current status of the website in terms of access:

If you experience any problems with the Travel Cloud please contact the Click Travel reservations team by Instant Message service, Email (res@clicktravel.com) or Phone (08447453074) so they are made aware of any issues
Click Travel User Training
Click Travel will deliver two short training sessions on the Thursday 23rd June: One for beginners and a second for regular users of the system. If you or a colleague wish to attend please email purchasing@kent.ac.uk.
Flight charges
There have been fewer reported instances of pricing discrepancies. However, if you obtain a quote for the same flight or travel arrangements more cheaply from another provider, please take real time screen shots of both the Click Travel quote and the alternative quote and email immediately to res@clicktravel.com, copy to matthew.roberts@clicktravel.com and purchasing@kent.ac.uk.
