As the implementation of a new HR/Payroll system, Staff Connect, draws closer, adherence to the payroll cut-off deadlines becomes more important to ensure that the Operations and Payroll teams have sufficient time to process any additions/changes which impact on salaries.
Payroll and HR Operations teams have always worked hard with goodwill to process data received after the deadlines, but will not have the facility to do this in the coming months.
Starting with the February payroll, we will not be in a position to process any data received after the advertised cut off-dates and any data received after these dates will be processed the following month. We will, as always, try to accommodate any exceptional cases that would create a problem on welfare grounds, but we hope that by giving you sufficient notice of the constraints, these can be kept to a minimum.
The deadlines for the next two months are:
- February 2016 payroll – last day to get documents to HR is 10 February 2016
- March 2016 payroll – last day to get documents to HR is 10 March 2016
