Click Travel has been the official travel provider for the University of Kent for approx 18 months. During this time the Purchasing Office, in conjunction with Click Travel, has carried out an extensive project of testing, trialing, training and delivery to ensure the best experience for all departments.
The rollout to all Schools and Departments is now complete and we can confirm that the period of parallel running with Chelsea Travel will come to an end on Wednesday 30th September.
From this date we will no longer have a live account with Chelsea Travel so all bookings should be made using the Click Travelcloud system.
If your school/department needs some additional assistance with moving bookings across to Click Travel please send an email to purchasing@kent.ac.uk and we will help to set up the profiles for your staff, and provide any training that you may need.
