To accommodate the September 2015 registration process, the following changes will be made to the Financial Aid Office opening hours and location:
- Wednesday 16 September CLOSED ALL DAY (University Open Day)
- From Thursday 17 until Friday 25 September the Financial Aid Office will be re-located to the Sports Hall for student registration.
During this time Financial Aid Office staff will still be able to be contacted on the same internal extension numbers (3488 /4876 / 3851).
Please note that although internal extension numbers for the office will still be available, Financial Aid Office staff are likely to be busy with students and therefore unable to answer other calls. We would appreciate you sending an email to the person you are trying to contact or to FinancialAid@kent.ac.uk.
The opening hours in the Sports Hall are:
- Friday 18 September 9:30am to 4:30pm
- Saturday 19 September 9:00am to 6:30pm (last entry 6pm)
- Sunday 20 September 9:30am to 5:30pm (last entry 5pm)
- Monday 21 until Thursday 24 September 9:30am to 4:30pm
- Friday 25 September 9:30am to 2:30pm (early closure to enable move back to the Registry)
We will reopen in the Financial Aid Office, Room G43 of the Registry, from 9am on Monday 28 September.
