Income Office contact details until Monday 19 October

To contact the Income Office staff over the next few weeks the internal extension number to use is 3878.

This will be in place until Monday 19 October as we have a call centre in the Oaks Study hub taking all outside calls from today.

Further contact information

  • Up until close of business on Wednesday 16 September all staff will be in the Income Office in the Registry.
  • From Thursday 17 September until Sunday 20 September all staff will be in the Sports Hall for student registration.
    Please note that although there will be an internal contact number available, Income Office staff are likely to be busy with students and therefore unable to answer other calls. We would appreciate you sending an email to the person you are trying to contact.
  • The opening hours are: Friday 18 September, for pre sessional students ONLY, 12 – 4pm. Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September opening hours are as published for Registration.
  • From Monday 21 September the Cashiers will be back in the Registry to take payments between 10am and 4pm.
  • The Student Account Controllers will remain in the Sports hall until Friday 25 September when they will move to Senate Committee Room 2 to reopen on Monday 28 September. The opening hours will be 10am – 4pm Monday to Thursday. On Friday they will close at 12 to move across to the Senate.
  • Monday 28 September until Friday 9 October the Student Account Controllers will be in Senate Committee Room 2. The opening hours will be 10am – 4pm Monday – Friday with the exception of Friday 9 October when they will close at 12 midday to move back to Registry.

Normal service will be resumed in the Registry from Monday 12 October. All telephone lines will move back to the Income Office on Monday 19 October.
