Time Critical Budget Bids Update

At the EG/Deans subgroup meeting on 2^nd June a discussion took place on the approach to be taken in regard to approval of budget bids and savings targets.  A small number of time critical bids were agreed and these will be communicated to the relevant Head of School / PSD over the course of the next week.  Further discussions will take place over the next few weeks to determine how any required savings targets are to be allocated.  An approach will also be agreed for considering any further, non-time critical, budget bids; however, any further release of budget will not occur until student numbers are known in October.
