Lucent Dreaming is open for submissions for issue 12 of its magazine.

Lucent Dreaming, is an independent magazine for emerging authors and artists worldwide.
They are accepting short stories, poems and flash fiction from new and emerging writers only for this issue. They consider a new/emerging writer someone who has been published in 15 or fewer publications in the past 5 years, and has not published a book or full collection. If you have published more prolifically, or are established, They ask that you do not submit work to them.
The magazine pays £100 for pieces selected for publication, and £200 to writers from low-income backgrounds in the UK.
