Vybarr Cregan-Reid discussed at the modern scourge of back pain on ITV's Tonight programme

A shocking 80 percent of people are likely to experience back pain at some point in their life.   Why are so many of us suffering?   Following on from the recent publication of his book, Vybarr Cregan-Reid talked about the great movement drop and how  technology has, for decades, been making it more difficult for us to move.
