School of English graduate Jeannelle Brew has recently published ‘Meet Mya & Family’, the first of a series of 12 children’s books focusing on Mya, who offers a personal account of life and important ideas through the observation of her amazing family.
Jeannelle Brew has been described as an upcoming literary phenomenon who has been obsessed with writing ever since she could hold a pen. From writing half completed stories in her granddad’s old notebooks during her youth, to being the author of Bryan House Publishing’s first ever children’s book series ‘My Young Adventures’, Jeannelle has proven herself to be a progressive, determined and ambitious writer. Jeannelle graduated with a BA Hons in English and American Literature from the University of Kent in 2017, and hopes to further her studies in Post-Colonial Literature. ‘My Young Adventures: Meet Mya & Family’ is Jeannelle Brew’s first ever published work and is available from Waterstones and Amazon.
