The 2021 Kent Researchers’ Showcase started earlier this week – an amazing opportunity to share our research and communicate our results.
This year, I am participating in the “Research Creative” category. The online experience has made me more creative, think out of the box and beyond a traditional virtual poster. My entry is a video teaser of my recent working paper entitled ‘Female Human Capital Mismatch: An extension for the British public sector‘.
It looks at the extent of labour market mismatch of public-sector female employees and contributes to earlier findings for the British labour market by taking into account the endogenous self-selection into jobs.
Everyone in our community is welcome to endorse this participation by voting on Kent’s GRC Facebook page before midnight on Sunday 20 June 2021.
