Laura Ribbons – Online climate exhibition

Laura Robbins - Cassowary

Laura is a 2016 MA Graduate of Environmental Anthropology. Laura is also an artist and has just co-curated an online exhibition to coincide with the launch of COP26, which explores creative responses to the climate crisis and the role that artists can play therein. She is immensely proud of it, and the exhibition is hugely influenced by her time spent at University of Kent.

The exhibition runs from Monday 1 November to Friday 31 December and you can view the exhibition: It’s What We Do Next by clicking on the link. You can also check them out on Instagram: @iwwdn_gallery

Laura had this to say about the exhibition: “Our exhibition ‘It’s What We Do Next’ launches to coincide with COP26 and showcases artists and designers whose work engages directly with the climate crisis. We believe that artists have an important role to play and each represented here, reveals their own unique response to the crisis, as well as demonstrating a singular visual language and creative problem solving. We are very excited to share their work with you.”
