Nikki Stephens

Nikki was a mature part time student, Rutherford, 1989-1995, studying English and American Literature.  In 1996 she qualified as a Hearing Therapist and has worked in the NHS in several parts of the UK, as well as running a private practice which continues in her new home, Cheltenham.

Nikki specialises in tinnitus therapy and cochlear implants and worked at the Auditory Implant Service at the University of Southampton for four years. More recently she worked at the Midland Hearing Implant Programme in Birmingham. Very exciting and rewarding work, which allowed her to participate in and present at several overseas international conferences.

Nikki has co-authored two chapters in a book, the publication of which coincides with her retirement from the NHS. Chapters D10 and H2.
