We are delighted to announce that we have achieved a Silver Green Meetings Award, recognising our commitment to sustainability and our efforts to deliver environmentally responsible conferences and events.
Overseen by Green Tourism, the silver certification has been awarded to our event management service and the Darwin Conference Suite following their work to raise Kent’s sustainability standards.
The criteria for this award is divided into three pillars: caring for people, places, and the planet. It takes into account accessibility, inclusion and community engagement alongside operational areas.
Having earned this certification, we’ll continue to work with the Kent Sustainability team to apply assessment recommendations and aim for Gold-level certification.
