Chamber Connections 2026

It was a pleasure to host the first Chamber Connections event of the year on Thursday 8 January, in partnership with the Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce.

We welcomed over 130 members to our Darwin Conference Suite for a morning of networking with fellow business professionals from across Kent.

Attendees also heard from our Vice-Chancellor, Georgina Randsley de Moura, who shared updates on the exciting things happening at the University of Kent, including our 60th-anniversary celebrations and a reminder that our campus is very much open for business.

What an amazing first Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce chamberconnections event of 2026! 🎉A huge 145 people booked on and the energy in the room was incredible. What a way to kick off the year!

Sandra Heyworth, Sales Manager for Conferences and Events, along with Emily Seling, External Communications Officer, then hosted a tour of our beautiful campus, showcasing some of the event spaces available to hire throughout the year. From our Templeman Library, the largest library in Kent and open to all, to our very own Moot Court, at Kent Law School. We have a wide range of spaces available to hire throughout the year. You can view all our spaces here.

As always our hosts were phenomenal, a huge shoutout to Sandra Heyworth, Georgina Randsley de Moura and the rest of the team at the University of Kent for their expert hospitality. 🙏 – Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce
